K-Rewards

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

 

  1. K-SPORT WORLD S.R.L. (“K-SPORT”), headquartered at Via Annibale Mengoli 23, 61122, Pesaro (PU), offers various types of rewards (“Prize”) as recognition for the individual achievements of Players who participate and meet the objectives of virtual Championships and/or Challenges on the K-Fans App (“K-REWARDS Initiative”).
  2. Players can participate in virtual Championships and/or Challenges to earn digital points, known as “K-Coins,” by achieving specific physical activity goals.
  3. Based on the K-Coins earned through completing the Championships and/or Challenges, the Player may choose Prizes from a catalog of available items. K-SPORT does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific Prize.
  4. The K-REWARDS Initiative is excluded from the application of Presidential Decree No. 430/2001 under Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter (a).

 

ARTICLE 2 – ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

 

  1. To participate in the K-REWARDS Initiative, each participant must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered a “Player”:
    • Participation is reserved for natural persons who meet the minimum age requirement to hold an account on the K-Fans App in their country of residence;
    • For Players who are not of legal age in their country, a parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Rules;
    • Have a valid and active K-Fans App account;
    • Use K-Fans Wearables (comprising wearable devices produced and marketed by K-SPORT that collect the User’s athletic performance data – so-called “K-AI Device” (such as, by way of example: distance, distance per minute, energy expenditure, high-speed distance, high-acceleration distance, high-deceleration distance, high-power distance, % high-speed distance, % high-acceleration distance, % high-deceleration distance, % high-power distance, average metabolic power, equivalent minute distance, % equivalent distance, % anaerobic expenditure, game intensity), and the technical fabric vest with support for the K-AI Device, so-called “Vest”);
    • The person using the K-Fans Wearable must have their own personal account on the K-Fans App. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN FOR A PLAYER TO MISUSE AND/OR SHARE AND/OR ALLOW THIRD PARTIES TO USE THE K-FANS WEARABLE LINKED TO THEIR ACCOUNT IN THE K-REWARDS INITIATIVE. K-SPORT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHECK FOR ANY ANOMALOUS DATA COLLECTED BY THE DEVICE.ANY VIOLATION OF THIS PROHIBITION, WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO ANY CRIMINAL LIABILITY, CONSTITUTES UNLAWFUL BEHAVIOR TO THE DETRIMENT OF K-SPORT AND ITS PLAYERS. SUCH BEHAVIOR WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP WITH K-SPORT AND THE BLOCKING OF THE PLAYER’S ACCOUNT ASSOCIATED WITH THE MISUSED WEARABLE, IN ADDITION TO COMPENSATION FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY K-SPORT OR CAUSED TO THIRD PARTIES.

 

ARTICLE 3 – STRUCTURE OF K-REWARDS. HOW TO EARN K-COINS

 

  1. Players can participate in virtual Championships and Challenges to earn digital points, called “K-Coins”, by achieving specific physical activity goals.

 

Structure and Objectives

 

  1. There are 13 virtual Championships offered, divided into seasonal and monthly categories. Monthly Championships include 4 weekly sprints, with additional individual and group Challenges to be completed weekly. By completing these activities, Players earn K-Coins based on their physical activity, which is tailored to their training level, age, and physical condition. The more their workouts align with these factors, the more K-Coins they earn.
  2. K-Fans aims to develop an engagement system that rewards physical activity and social interaction among Players. To protect Players’ health, a daily and per-Challenge maximum of K-Coins is set, even if Players exceed the activity requirements.
  3. K-Fans values the physical and mental health of its Players. For this reason, the K-REWARDS Initiative is designed to safeguard Players and adapt Challenges based on age and gender. Specifically, the Initiative features:
    • Two main levels: Base Level and PRO Level
    • Various age groups (0–12, 13–15, 16–18, 19–30, Over 30)
    • 12 league classes (from amateur category to Serie A and Champions League).
    • Placement in leagues is based on physical parameters and advanced metrics such as distance covered, speed, intensity, muscular stress, and energy consumption. By improving these within set safety parameters, Players can move up in rankings and leagues.

 

Scoring System and K-Coins

 

  1. The K-SPORT gamification system includes several types of Challenges (“Challenges”) to earn points:
    1. Daily Challenges: Two challenges every two days with standard parameters such as volume, intensity peak, and overall intensity. Max total: 2,000 K-Coins per month.
    2. Weekly Challenges: Two challenges per week with the same standard parameters. Max total: 2,000 K-Coins per month.
    3. Monthly Challenges: Covering all 10 standard parameters. Max total: 2,000 K-Coins per month.
  2. K-Coins are awarded every two days for daily challenges, weekly for weekly challenges, and monthly for monthly challenges. Rankings are updated monthly.

 

Plus/Premium User Benefits

 

  1. The Initiative is open to all users with a K-Fans account, regardless of subscription type.
  2. Users with a Plus or Premium subscription can access an additional tier of K-Coin accumulation through extra monthly Challenges based on 4 specific parameters, earning up to an additional 1,800 K-Coins per month.

 

Rewards System and Access Categories

 

  1. Accumulated K-Coins do not expire and can be used to redeem Prizes. There is a single Prize catalog.

ARTICLE 4 – NATURE AND VALUE OF PRIZES

 

  1. All Players will be able to view all available Prizes. Prizes will be published and visible on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis.
  2. Each Prize has a value in K-Coins. To redeem a Prize, the Player must have a K-Coins balance equal to or greater than the Prize’s value and must redeem it within the availability period indicated in the Prize’s description. Once a Prize is redeemed, the Player’s K-Coins balance will be reduced accordingly.
  3. Depending on the type of Prize redeemed, delivery methods and times may vary:
    1. For physical gadgets, once redeemed, K-SPORT will send a confirmation email with shipping details, and the Prize will be delivered within 10 business days.
    2. For instantly usable digital Prizes (e.g., tickets), a confirmation email will be sent as soon as the Prize is redeemed.
    3. For experiences or event-based Prizes, confirmation will be sent via email when the Prize is available for redemption.
  4. Prizes may include:
    • Signed merchandise;
    • Tickets for Serie A, Serie B, or lower-league matches;
    • Exclusive experiences with players: meetings, videos, or other interactions;
    • Training experiences: sessions with the team;
    • Event participation: access to exclusive team events.
  5. K-Coins are cumulative, do not expire, and can only be used to redeem Prizes accessible based on the Player’s available K-Coins. K-Coins cannot be converted into cash.
  6. Travel and any other extras not included in the Prize are the responsibility of the Player.
  7. If a Prize becomes unavailable due to force majeure, K-SPORT reserves the right to offer a substitute Prize of equal or greater value, with prior notice via the same channels used to promote the K-REWARDS Initiative.
  8. Organizers cannot be held responsible for cancellations, postponements, or changes to individual Prizes.

 

ARTICLE 5 – COPYRIGHT

 

  1. K-Sport reserves the right to reproduce material for presentation, media communication, and promotional purposes.

 

ARTICLE 6 – ACCEPTANCE OF RULES AND PRIVACY NOTICE

 

  1. By participating in the K-REWARDS Initiative, the Player accepts these Rules in full.
  2. K-Sport reserves the right to verify proper participation in the K-REWARDS Initiative. In the event of proven irregularities, K-SPORT may disable the Player’s account and request the return of any redeemed Prizes or their monetary equivalent if already used, and seek compensation through appropriate channels.
