3. Mandatory Provision of Data
Providing your data is mandatory to submit a request using the appropriate form. Failure to provide this data, or providing it partially or incorrectly, will make it impossible to complete your request.
4. Data Processing Methods
The processing of the Data Subject's Personal Data is carried out using the operations indicated in Art. 4 no. (2) GDPR, namely: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, selection, extraction, comparison, use, communication, erasure, and destruction.
The Personal Data is subject to both paper-based and electronic/automated processing.
5. Storage of Personal Data
Personal Data is retained only for the periods specified in the processing table. At the end of these periods, Personal Data will be permanently deleted or otherwise irreversibly anonymized, unless further retention is necessary to address disputes, requests from competent authorities, or pursuant to applicable law.

Data may be processed by external parties acting as Independent Data Controllers, including:

7. Subjects Authorized to Process Data
The data may be processed by employees and collaborators of the internal company functions responsible for pursuing the specified purposes, who have been expressly authorized and provided with adequate operating instructions.
8. International Data Transfers (Outside the EU)
Data collected by K-SPORT is stored in European Economic Area (EEA) countries or in countries for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (see EC Adequacy Decisions).
If personal data is transferred outside this scope, processing will occur in compliance with GDPR measures following a prior Transfer Impact Analysis (TIA).
