GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (“GDPR”)

This information is provided in compliance with the legislation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation” or “GDPR”).

2. Purposes, Legal Basis, and Retention of Data Processing

Purposes related to the establishment and execution of the contractual relationship between the user and the Company (fulfilling your request using the online form). Execution of contractual measures / fulfilling requests.

Duration: For the duration of the execution of your requests. In the event of legal disputes, for the entire duration of the same, until appeal deadlines expire.


Location: Italian Republic.
Complying with legal obligations set forth by regulations and applicable national/supranational legislation. Need to fulfill legal obligations. As required by applicable law.
Ascertaining, exercising, or defending rights in court if necessary. Legitimate interest. Duration of potential legal proceedings.
Out-of-court debt collection. Legitimate interest. Duration required to resolve collection.

Note: After the retention periods indicated above, the Data will be destroyed, deleted, or made anonymous, consistent with technical deletion and backup procedures.

3. Mandatory Provision of Data

Providing your data is mandatory to submit a request using the appropriate form. Failure to provide this data, or providing it partially or incorrectly, will make it impossible to complete your request.

4. Data Processing Methods

The processing of the Data Subject's Personal Data is carried out using the operations indicated in Art. 4 no. (2) GDPR, namely: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, selection, extraction, comparison, use, communication, erasure, and destruction.

The Personal Data is subject to both paper-based and electronic/automated processing.

5. Storage of Personal Data

Personal Data is retained only for the periods specified in the processing table. At the end of these periods, Personal Data will be permanently deleted or otherwise irreversibly anonymized, unless further retention is necessary to address disputes, requests from competent authorities, or pursuant to applicable law.

6. Data Recipients

Data may be processed by external parties acting as Independent Data Controllers, including:

  • Supervisory and control authorities and bodies

  • Suppliers

  • Data Controllers (accountants, employment consultants, system administrators, software development/management companies)

  • Law firms

Data may also be processed on behalf of the Company by external parties designated as Data Processors, who have received appropriate operating instructions:

  • Companies offering email delivery services

  • Companies offering website maintenance services

  • Companies offering support for market research

7. Subjects Authorized to Process Data

The data may be processed by employees and collaborators of the internal company functions responsible for pursuing the specified purposes, who have been expressly authorized and provided with adequate operating instructions.

8. International Data Transfers (Outside the EU)

Data collected by K-SPORT is stored in European Economic Area (EEA) countries or in countries for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (see EC Adequacy Decisions).

If personal data is transferred outside this scope, processing will occur in compliance with GDPR measures following a prior Transfer Impact Analysis (TIA).
