YOUR GAME,
IN NUMBERS THAT MEAN SOMETHING.

A GPS pod in your vest, an app in your pocket, and the same performance metrics 1,500 professional clubs use every week. You play. It measures. You find out what to fix next.

HOW IT WORKS

READY FOR THE FIELD.

Four steps whether you play alone or coach a full squad.

01 · WEAR IT

The K-AI pod slides into the back pocket of the K-Fans vest. 14 hours of battery, water and impact resistant, and light enough that you stop noticing it by the first whistle.

02 · PLAY

Hit START and forget about it. Training session or match day, the pod records every metre, every sprint and every acceleration to internal memory. Your phone can stay in the bag.

03 · READ THE DATA

The session syncs in seconds. The app doesn't hand you a wall of numbers, it tells you what you did, how it compares to your own history and to professional benchmarks, and where the weak point is.

04 · improve

You finish with one thing to work on this week, not twelve. Next session measures your improvement.

GET REAL INSIGHTS
FROM REAL DATA

4 numbers do most of the work. 12+ metrics per session in total.

DISTANCE

How much ground you actually covered

Total distance, plus how much of it came above 15 km/h. A Serie A player covers 10–13 km in an average match — the app shows where you land against that, not just your raw number. High distance at low speed is a session that tires you without improving you.

TOP SPEED

The fastest moment of the match

Your peak speed across every session, and the second-by-second curve that produced it. This is the metric that responds fastest to dedicated speed work, so it is usually the first place you see a change in training pay off.

SPRINTS

The decisions that shape your results.

Every effort held above 25 km/h for at least a second, counted and timestamped. Most goal-scoring moves contain one. If your distance is high but your sprint count is low, the problem is not your legs — it is how you are reading the game.

SUMMARY

All your stats, in one place.

Average metabolic power, anaerobic index above 20 W/kg, muscle stress and total energy expenditure. You can run very little and pay a great deal. That gap is what tends to show up before an injury does.

YOUR WHOLE GAME,
IN THE PALM OF YOUR HAND.

Every metric in 1 place: distance, top speed, high-speed running, sprints, acceleration, deceleration, you name it.

UNDERSTAND YOUR PLAYS
AND WHERE TO IMPROVE

01   SEE WHERE YOU ACTUALLY PLAYED

The heatmap overlays your movement on the real pitch, not a diagram. Most players discover they are not occupying the role they thought they were.

02   SEE WHEN YOU FADED

The speed curve marks every peak second by second, so you can find the exact minute the intensity dropped — and watch that minute move later as you improve.

03   SEE WHAT TO FIX NEXT

Every session ends with one thing to work on, chosen from your own data rather than a generic plan. Next week you measure whether it worked.

KEEP A CONNECTION
WITH YOUR STATS

Nothing is lost. Every session you save builds a performance history that belongs to you — separated into training and matches, tracked by month and by season, and comparable against every other player on the platform.

You decide who else sees it. Share it with your coach, your club, or a scout. It is not an edited reel where you score three goals; it is certified data somebody can open and read.2

WHAT TO EXPECT

YOUR FIRST 30 DAYS

K-Fans calibrates to you. In the first few days it collects rather than judges, because it has nothing of yours to compare against yet. Here is exactly how it unfolds.

DAY 1

YOUR FIRST NUMBERS

Distance, top speed, heatmap. You do not have a comparison yet, you have a starting point. It is normal for the numbers to say very little at this stage.

DAY 7

YOUR PROFILE STARTS TO FORM

Two or three sessions saved. You enter the leaderboard and your first challenge begins. The app starts telling your training apart from your matches.

DAY 14

THE GUIDANCE BECOMES YOURS

Your baseline is set. From here the suggestions stop being generic and start being calculated on your data. You begin to see which sessions cost you most, and why.

DAY 30

ONE FULL SEASON

A K-Fans season is four weeks, so day 30 closes your first one. First real history, first category promotion, first comparison between today's you and the you of a month ago.
